That's correct. However, I think you can argue that Thuney and possibly even Toney are more valuable to the Chiefs than Mixon is to the Bengals. Perrine is pretty much a plug and play backup RB and the drop off between Mixon and him is not as significant as the drop off between Thuney and Allegreti or whomever would replace him. Also, losing Mixon doesn't change what the Bengals can do on offense the the way losing Toney would to us.
