Hunt with 102 yards
Ju Ju with 130 yards PMII with 331 yards |
Kelce will be alright.
He took some tough shots, including that one on the shovel pass. Good time for a bye. |

Probably just sore. Saunders wrecked him on that shovel pass

Sooo, do we still think Jaylen Watson sucks? Is Bolton still cooked/too slow?
|
our defense is kinda good

Mahomes looked really good staying in the pocket tonight.

Jaylen is ok |

I love this running game we have now. I can’t imagine what it will be like with Pacheco and Kareem on the field together.

Juju catches that, 7 points. No dumb penalty, Gray scores, 4 point swing. So add 11. We're going to be ok.

It looked like he got folded in half. Hope it wasn't as bad as it looked, but Travis didn't look good walking up the hallway at the end of the game. |
This team is really ****ing good again.
If Mahomes cleans it up a bit and they figure out how to convert redzone opportunities to touchdowns then they’re going to threepeat. |
Bunch of old fat guys on my feed talking about how much they hate Taylor Swift. Did something happen? What am I missing?
|
Man - that was an ASS kicking.
I mean that could've been 45-0 without much trouble at all. |

*Refs called back a TD play for OL Holding. Cost them 4 points. *Refs let Saints get away with DPI on the 1 yard line. Cost them 7 points. *End zone bobble ball interception. Cost them 7 points. And before anyone says KC was guilty of the holding call, so were the Saints on multiple plays for their 2nd TD drive. But the Saints weren't flagged for it. Holding can be called on every play. Selective enforcement. |

This was the first Chiefs game I missed in 25 years. I'm at a national sales meeting in Chicago. The shit hole eating establishment they took us to (with the 3/8 inch steak), didn't have a TV. I got back to my room for the last play. Thankfully I have it recorded.

I expect it would have eventually gotten called if the game ever got closer |

Spoiler!

That first drive they looked a little more like the Chiefs we had grown accustomed to seeing.

Guys I think it finally happened. I think Skyy got benched.
Mecole seemed to get his snaps. Thank ****ing God |

Mecole actually caught the ball, too! Positive yardage!!! |

A key part: benching Skyy and cutting Toney. |
Well, I apologize for not catching up with anyone from CP at the game, but I believe I did my part tonight.
I have no voice. I have a splitting headache. I called "shank!" right before the New Orleans kicker missed his XP, so I fully intend to take credit for that. :D And I met some very cool people at the game. And, add to that the Chiefs best victory so far this year and the Royals beating the Yankees. I'd say this was a very successful trip. |
Here's from the Bills forum, they were generally respectful of how the Chiefs are playing.

Great win. Could have been a bigger spread. But we take it.

The broadcast gave her about 36 seconds of screen time, total, and that’s going to rile some folks up for some reason. |

Can anybody find the clip of Jake Haeners pass that was on the sidelines that was incomplete? He dropped a dime, but Olave couldn’t catch it. I believe it was one of his first passes.
Thanks in advance |

Crybaby Saint fans ignoring the plays where the refs stole 11 points from the Chiefs. Or the constant uncalled holding by the Saints OL with Chris Jones. Same old same old crap:

We really did wreck Carr. Per Rapaport on Good Morning Football, he is going to miss multiple weeks due to injury from the game.

Very rarely any more do I listen to a Chiefs broadcast and feel like Holthus has that fastball he used to have in the mid 90s through Vermeil. Just a fact of getting older and running out of ways to say the same thing a million times.
I feel like he absolutely brought it Monday night. Wait til you hear some of these calls. |
Time to drop a banger

Does that 400 yards automatically give us 6 points? Yardage is great, but I would trade yardage for points. Nagy does shit like take the ball out of Patrick's hands in the red zone. Sure, we have couple of TDs, but it's also caused fumbles, wasted downs, lost yardage, etc. We threw a gazillion slants against Baltimore, and have barely run one since, even when Rice was healthy. I don't know, like none of you know, but I am guessing Andy did the game plan for the Ravens, and Nagy has done the rest. I understand that he doesn't have the horses that EB had, but aside from points, Nagy's offense is kinda clueless. There is never a rhyme or reason to the play calls, nothing gets set up based on what the defense does, and because of the random nature of the plays, players, especially linemen, never get into a rhythm, and no one looks comfortable at all. And yeah, I sound stupid because we are back to back champs, but I feel like under EB we would have had HFA last year, because he is really good at picking plays that work against how a specific defense is playing us. Nagy just calls plays he likes, and when they don't work, he just keeps calling plays he likes. |
