i read somewhere that like 20 percent of the nfl is made up from udfa's. I'm not sure how accurate that is.

That’s 13 dudes. I’d say that’s higher than average but I don’t think it’s too crazy. Bottom 10 don’t get many snaps anyway.

But I’m all for UDFAs working out. I’ve long been a production per unit salary cap guys and they don’t come cheaper. On the first contract anyway.

Yeah, definitely. He's a great story. That one handed grab against SF sealed the deal for me. He's our poor man's Darren Waller, as much as I dislike saying it.

Our 4 TE set is downright filthy. I wonder if all four will be active on game days.

What I find impressive is that most of the guys on this list aren't bottom of the roster guys. Ward is a starting corner. Remmers would be starting if he hadn't gotten hurt and has started plenty. Wylie has started, as has Sorenson. All on a SB team. And that's not mentioning the other quality backups. 30% may be the average, but I bet that most teams don't have that many udfa of that quality.

Phillys WRs have a lot of speed and we were missing 2 of our top 4 CBS.

Plus Thornhill is still in the dog house, so we were trying to not get beat deep.
