Why would we hate that pick? So he's got great advanced stats production with low sack totals? It's the freakin 3rd round. This is exactly the time to take a player like that.

I don't like the scouting reports about how he lacks bend. I do like a high motor for a pass rusher though and that's one of the main things I read about him.

Yea, I really don’t have a problem with Sanders here.

There are a couple guys with much better athletic profiles that I would prefer to Sanders, but the guy I would’ve taken is just a damn good football player with versatility. He can play SDE and slide inside on passing downs.

Meh. Tamba Hali supposedly lacked bend, too.

I'm with you. You're not going to find amazing players with zero red flags in the late 3rd round. You pick and choose the faults and question marks that come with each guy. Sanders is stellar enough in other areas to make up for one or two perceived technique weaknesses.
