Didn't look like a concussion at all when I watched it again, looked like he had a cardio episode to me...

Wondering if he got hit in his carotid artery? Didn't seem like that bad of a hit but if you strike your neck in the wrong place it can quickly cause all kinds of problems.

Total idle speculation on my part -- but seemed so strange the way he took the hit and then he passed out.
