Yes because it's fair to look at 1 season not overall

How many playoff wins did they have with Donovan? How many trips to the AFC title game did they have with Donovan?

It might have been 10 years ago but Reids System is still his system though I'm sure he has tweaked it a bit

I have said I think he's going to be a good not great starter
