I've seen very little of him, because I don't like the NBA, but I couldn't believe the guy that I saw is in the running for MVP.

He's a basketball genius. One of the highest BBIQs of any player I've ever seen.

Any update on Coach Self?

KU v Iowa in the second round would kind of blow in Des Moines, as Lunardi currently has it.

Iowa plays no defense whatsoever. We matchup great with them. Rebraca is a load but not very long. Missouri also plays no defense and we destroyed them.

Not sure I've ever even watched Embiid in the NBA, which kind of sucks... combo of not paying attention until the playoffs, and his injury history once I do start watching.

One of the best athletes in the history of basketball. He's probably never gonna win MVP as long as Jokic and Giannis are still at this level but players of his quality have won them many times before.

He’s like a combination of Pettiford and Yesufu

He’s really lived up to his otherworldly potential.

He’s not quite the shot blocker that I thought he would be, but his skill game is incredible. He’s turned into a really reliable 3 point shooter (mid-high 30 %’s) and shoots like 85% from the line.

He’s also like 50 pounds heavier than he was at Kansas.

Yeah, we want to play in KC.

Apparently it’s just a .005% advantage.

Yeah, I've been pretty surprised when I've seen him in highlights and such... dude's a beast now.

Goes to show how absurdly high the bar is set and how long people hold onto bad memories.

There’s evidence AFH isn’t a huge HFA. A study was done years ago that compared a teams home margin vs its road margin. And KU ranked in the 100s for that measure

KenPom ranks them 64th in HCA this year (https://kenpom.com/hca.php). I'll take any advantage we can get any time we can get it.

Really don't want to see him playing at all then. He's got 5 days to get right now only.
