Measurement day yesterday!
Overall body fat % lost since I started: 7% In the past month, I've gone down: Neck: -.25" Chest: -1" Waist: -1.5" Hips: -2.75" Bicep: same Thigh: -1.5" I was kind of shocked to see that's I'd lost 11.7 lbs in the past four weeks. I know I record it every week, but I guess I just hadn't taken the time to add it up. I'm officially down 53lbs! My trainer feels like I'm ready to learn a few more advanced lifts. Next week, he is going over dead lifts with me. A few others, but I didn't recognize what he called them, so I don't remember what they were. I'm looking forward to it. OH! And, even though I still have my stupid wings, I also have a muscle that pops up when I flex my biceps. It's not very big, but it didn't use to do that. :D |
