That's because you aren't a casual fan. I'm talking on a bigger scale. Mainstream. Just look at how much more attention Lonzo gets than all of the other guys that were in the draft, including the #1 overall pick. The talent alone doesn't justify all of the attention. If his dad weren't in the picture a lot of casual fans wouldn't even know who he is. There's a lot of people rooting for him to fail simply because of Lavar.

the #1 pick has been sidelined with an injury.

I've been hearing a lot about smith jr.

I'm not talking about right now. Just in general going back to the beginning of Lavar.

HAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Oh jesus, Cavaliers. You think that's what's gonna keep LeBron James in Clevleand? Adding that goddamn disgruntled space cadet?

Well this oughta be fun....

Hammock Parties 07-20-2017 10:38 AM

He might actually be a really good bench addition.

Yeah, I'm sure the career ball-stopper and volume scorer who's outside shot has fallen to hell and who needs to occupy the same space as LeBron and Irving will be a great addition.

Oh, and did I mention that he's a soft bitch who has gone from figuratively quitting on his team by refusing to play after being medically cleared, to literally quitting on his team by just...going to hang with his mom for a week mid-season without telling anyone he was going to do it.

Rose should just get sent so some shit team that's not trying to compete so he can chuck up shots with abandon. Y'know, like the Knicks.

Derrick Rose is terrible.

Hammock Parties 07-20-2017 01:09 PM

Jesus, guys. He averaged 18 PPG on .471 shooting last year and made 87 percent of his free throws.

I think he's the perfect guy to bring the ball up the court when LeBron and Kyrie need a blow.

Harsh.

I agree. Definitely would not be a bad signing...

Enough to beat the Warriors? Probably not if they can work out a team friendly deal I think the Cavs would be smart to do it.

New World Order 07-20-2017 01:12 PM

They need another superstar to combat Draymond's monstrous 10 ppg/ 7 rpg average.

dj56dt58 07-20-2017 01:14 PM

Derrick is a bitch. He was pretty damn good before his injury then he just became a soft bitch who quit caring and didn't even try to hide it

I'm just glad this keeps him away from MIL and MIN.

Have only said the same thing for years. Rose has been awful since 2012. They've rather impressively found a way to downgrade on Deron.

Pitt Gorilla 07-20-2017 02:22 PM

Completely unrelated, but is Thon Maker going to be worth a damn? I didn't think he looked great in summer ball, but I didn't get to see that many games.
