I'm surprised we're at 10pt Favorite over the Broncos. That seems like Vegas is having to work to get people to bet on them, which is weird because division games tend to be closer than you expect.

Chiefs have covered the spread every game this season and won every game at home by 10+ so Vegas is just following the pattern.

I made the mistake of watching the matchup segment on NFL Total Access.

Talk about Denver freaking homers. All they showed were highlights of Von Miller and Mahomes getting tackled for 2 yard gain.

"Von Miller, Von Miller, Von Miller, keep Mahomes in the pocket, the Chiefs defense sucks."

I can't wait to see the Broncos get pounded on Sunday.

I dont think the Donks have the coaching acumen to devise a new plan against KC. They will pretty much use the same looks with a few wrinkles thrown in. The early season altitude had a huge effect on the Chiefs...they looked lethargic. The fact it was at night played into that also...they had to essentially wait around all day while their bodies were getting reduced amounts of oxygen.

Andy Reid, though, will come at them in a different way on Sunday. They attempted very few long passes and I dont remember many jet-sweeps. Chiefs destroyed them @ Arrowhead with speed to the edges last year...completely neutered their pass rush.

Lack of crowd noise will reduce their effectiveness on the pash rush too... I expect Bolles to have a ruff game.

To me - mugshots seems more likely than not to have very asymmetrical faces. Maybe there's some connection to an imbalance in brain chemistry.

Just remember in the Donko's "epic" 45-10 victory over the Cardinals...Keesum had a 161 yards 1 TD/1 INT night and essentially 1/3 of those yards/TD came on a single busted coverage.

Donks are acting like this is their SB...KC is just happy the toughest part of their schedule is over...

Chiefs beat them silly...get out to an early lead and Keesum panics.

Does anyone here know what its like to support a team that is sucking? What should i do if my team sucks for the next 5 years? What to do incase of a 20 year playoff drought? Has anyone here ever dealt with that?

Wear your much tighter than it used to be Super Bowl champion shirt. Seems to work for Kramz. Also LOTS of antifreeze!

Also just to help you out... it’s been 1137 days since Dungver beat KC, we’re gonna run it up to 7 in a row against your team. So get your Casey Keesum jersey ready for Sunday.

Key is to stop the run. Stack 9 in the box and make Keenum throw it. He can't beat anyone with his arm and we will win. Key on offense is obviously keep Mahome upright. Short passing attack and make Harris run all day chasing Hill. He said he ran 15 miles last game and normally runs under 11 in a game. Their secondary will be finished in the 4th and we win.

They'll run the same defense they did against the Bengals. And the Donks don't have AJ Green. Poor Donks.

I want to see Mahomes run his streak of 300-yard passing games to 7 straight and the Chiefs winning streak against the Cheating Donks to 7 as well.

5 TD's and no interception for Mahomes would be nice too.

ptlyon 10-26-2018 09:25 AM

45? F that. I want 85.

Von Miller LB Ankle questionable Miller was confined to a limited role in practice due to an ankle injury and his status for Sunday's tilt against the Chiefs is clouded.

I posted this in another thread earlier this morning. It will be interesting to see if he's full speed.

Of course he'll play. The question is whether or not he'll be effective. He wasn't particularly effective in Denver, despite him being at home, uninjured, and facing a QB that had never really seen him at full force before.
