Hit my PB in kettlebell snatches today.
10 sets of 1 in snatches with a 32kg kettlebell. I've never snatched a 32kg before. Felt good, but a little scary to snatch that bad boy. Started getting real scary toward the end of the workout when I was tired. Definitely got over a mental hump, though, and this should start a new level of strength with my kb training. |

Well, light night at the gym.... just did some HIIT, rotator cuff exercises and core work. Ran an add on Craigslist for a workout partner and a guy responded. I have exchanged a few emails.... he 'seems' normal enough. Will probably try to meet up next week to workout together. Married guy with three kids..... hopefully not some homo freak on the down low..... not that there is anything wrong with that.

been taking creatine for only 5 days now. already noticing i'm throwing more weight around easier. i'm doing bulgarian squats today instead of back squats as my lower body is still extrmely sore.
