Saw the lowest weight on my scale this morning i've seen in quite a long time - 207.8.

Going to do a light workout this evening and I am seeing a personal trainer tomorrow morning. Kinda anxious about what he is going to put me through - but I hope to learn a lot.

I went mountain biking on Wed & I was wiped out yesterday from the ride & the 18 holes of golf I played in the morning so I missed my W/O yesterday.

Tonight is 2-3 hours of racquetball followed by some beers. Is it worse to have beers right after a workout rather than a few hors after a workout?
