I'll leave you with this

Geno fan logic

2012 We need a QB who won't turn the ball over

2013 Ignore all those turnovers and mistakes by Geno he was clearly the choice

Yep sure are smart

You're over your head kiddo. People enjoy the winning, the fear however is that it's not going to be enough in the long haul to bring home the Lombardi which should be the goal. We can be excited about the current winning but be cautious about the future of the team with Alice at QB. You can do both. I think Alice will be a fine place holder until our Kaepernick comes along and takes us to the next level. As Milkman put it "Let the Bar-B-Q and playoff loses flow" until then.

I'll tell you who gives a shit: People who have higher goals than making the playoffs. People who want to be able to win playoff games against complete, elite teams.

You're apparently not smart enough to understand that argument, though, or that formulas that can be highly successful in the regular season blow up in your face in the playoffs.

Also, your "Geno fan logic" is so far off base, it's laughable.

Geno fan logic is simple: The best shot at winning consistently and winning in the playoffs is to have an elite QB who can carry a team. The best way to get one of those QBs is to draft and develop him in house. Geno Smith has the physical tools to be that QB.

You won't find a single Geno fan whose No. 1 goal at the QB spot this past offseason was acquiring a QB who would just not turn it over.

There's a difference between being Cautious and going to extremes to bash a guy. You people go to EXTREMES to bash Alex with all your nicknames and crying about YPC YAC yards BOO HOO

Anyone who dares to point out other problems in the offense besides Fisher and Smith is met with Excuses Dumbass ECT When you hide behind the rookie excuse for Geno Smith's mistakes and he has made FAR MORE then Alex. More then TRIPLE. You then hide behind the Defense when the Jets D has bailed Geno out for his turnover is most there wins. Funny how that doesn't get brought up.

When and If Smith fails us in the playoffs I won't be happy but I don't pretend to know it's going to happen because I didn't get my way.

.

And you're the only ones who think that about Smith. EVERY gm who had a chance and needed a QB passed on him Including the Jets. Had buttfumble not been hurt he would have been starting the week he got hurt rex ryan publicly talked about how bad geno had been in practice
.nfl.com/videos/new-york-jets/0ap2000000229869/Rex-Smith-was-brutal-in-practice

After the Titians game there were questions about If Geno would keep the job which ryan refused to answer but then he goes and beats up a horrible defense and you people start pimping him as the next great guy SMH

GM's have never been wrong or overlooked a prospect for stupid reasons. That's why Justin Houston was a high first round pick. That's why Tony Romo was a high first round pick. That's why Brian Waters was a high first round pick. GM's simply don't miss good prospects, and they have a 100% rate of success.

Wait...

Wait...

They have a better track record then you or I

But I'm sure teams have been knocking on your door begging you to run there team

They might be wrong about Geno He hasn't proven that yet. The jury has only just begun talking about it. But you people act like he's proven something

This is actually false.

Against Dallas, when they jumped up to a 14-13 lead in the 3rd Q, the drive that led us back...

1st and 10 at KC 20 (Shotgun) A.Smith pass short right to D.Bowe to KC 29 for 9 yards (B.Carr).
2nd and 1 at KC 29 J.Charles right tackle to KC 31 for 2 yards (J.Hatcher).
1st and 10 at KC 31 (No Huddle, Shotgun) A.Smith pass incomplete short right to D.Avery.
2nd and 10 at KC 31 (No Huddle, Shotgun) A.Smith pass short right to J.Charles to KC 32 for 1 yard (B.Church).
Timeout #1 by KC at 05:09.
3rd and 9 at KC 32 (Shotgun) A.Smith pass deep right to D.Avery to DAL 37 for 31 yards (W.Allen).
1st and 10 at DAL 37 (No Huddle) J.Charles right end to DAL 36 for 1 yard (J.Hatcher).
2nd and 9 at DAL 36 (No Huddle) A.Smith pass short left to J.Charles pushed ob at DAL 26 for 10 yards (B.Carter).
1st and 10 at DAL 26 (No Huddle, Shotgun) A.Smith pass incomplete short right to D.Bowe.
2nd and 10 at DAL 26 (Shotgun) A.Smith pass short middle to A.Fasano to DAL 12 for 14 yards (B.Church).
1st and 10 at DAL 12 (Shotgun) A.Smith pass short middle to D.Bowe for 12 yards, TOUCHDOWN. KC-A.Fasano was injured during the play.

That's 8 passes and 2 runs.... thoughts on that?

Now to the other game where we needed the lead back... Titans

When the Titans scored their 4th quarter TD, they led 17-13.

First drive failed with 2 passes and 3 runs.
The next TD drive that put us back on top?

1st and 10 at KC 34 A.Smith pass incomplete short left to S.McGrath.
2nd and 10 at KC 34 A.Smith pass deep left to D.Bowe ran ob at TEN 49 for 17 yards.
1st and 10 at TEN 49 J.Charles up the middle to TEN 47 for 2 yards (J.Casey).
2nd and 8 at TEN 47 A.Smith pass short right to S.McGrath to TEN 44 for 3 yards (J.McCourty).
3rd and 5 at TEN 44 (Shotgun) A.Smith scrambles right end pushed ob at TEN 42 for 2 yards (M.Fokou). PENALTY on TEN-M.Fokou, Unnecessary Roughness, 15 yards, enforced at TEN 42.
1st and 10 at TEN 27 (Shotgun) A.Smith pass short left to J.Charles to TEN 18 for 9 yards (T.Campbell).
2nd and 1 at TEN 18 J.Charles left end to TEN 16 for 2 yards (G.Wilson; M.Griffin).
1st and 10 at TEN 16 (Shotgun) A.Smith pass short right to A.Sherman to TEN 8 for 8 yards (G.Wilson; Z.Brown).
2nd and 2 at TEN 8 (Shotgun) A.Smith pass short left to D.Bowe to TEN 1 for 7 yards (M.Griffin).
1st and 1 at TEN 1 A.Smith pass incomplete short right to D.Bowe. PENALTY on TEN-G.Wilson, Defensive Pass Interference, 0 yards, enforced at TEN 1 - No Play.
1st and 1 at TEN 1 J.Charles left tackle for 1 yard, TOUCHDOWN.

Now that is 7 passes and 3 runs... plus another Alex run, which was a huge conversion due to penalty.

Thoughts on that?

You ready to eat your words and apologize for getting that shit wrong, Snapplez? Man up!

Where you at, yo? :hmmm:
