Miami did play well and were able to claw back from a sizeable deficit. What I saw in the fourth quarter was a Heat team that came back and took control without Butler and Bam doing it all (not saying they didn't contribute significantly). What I saw from Denver was Jokic almost single handedly keeping the Nuggets in it. They started draining their threes and Denver had no answer. I might be alone in thinking this, but to me it felt more like Miami took it than Denver lost it.

Well sure.

Miami has a bit of Warriors in them. In Miami's first game one of their good players goes 0 for 10 from three and they generally suck from three and look like a team that could be swept. But the second game when they are on fire from three..., Some admittedly poor three point defense at times but when a team lights it up from three like that and you also have Bam and Jimmy eventually coming to life.

At that point, you better be prepared to score every trip down the court.

And Miami also has a really good record in close games.

It doesn't feel sustainable but yet here is Miami 1-1 first two games in the finals.

Perhaps, but it got them to the Finals and a split in Denver against what many think is the best team in the league this year. Can they win 3 more? Who knows, but these playoffs have shown that they are a tougher out than people think.

Yep, seems most think Miami is just gonna lose that dog mentality.

Dude. We're in the NBA Finals. Is Lebron in the finals? Is MJ in the finals? Oh, MJ retired decades ago?

Honestly, this is opinion spamming and you should be thread banned.

Bron fans are like a cult. Can't wait until he leaves my franchise. Say anything the least bit critical about him and here they come like the alphabet mafia at you. Saying he is not the GOAT is like saying, hey, I prefer women instead. You get labeled a hater.

At this point just get him his own Lebron thread like Knowmo has with the Broncos one and clear this shit out of here.

You're still upset about my comments about the T-Wolves being a boring-ass team and Anthony Edwards not being as good as SGA, I see. LMAO

LeBron is the NBA. MJ is too for that matter. They're the two greatest players to ever play the game and their legacies matter far more to most people than any Finals between the Heat-Nuggets. Deal with it.

staylor26 06-07-2023 09:14 AM

KCC is STILL seething and struggling to cope.

No mention of Jordan anywhere ^^^

KCC's Lebron inferiority-complex is adorable.
