The officiating crew SUCKS. First the incomplete pass before it even hits the turf for JAX, then the NO CALL on roughing the passer.

Guarantee that if a Chief hit Garrad like that, it'd be flagged.

My bad, wasn't paying attention.. I thought they called a penalty aside from that on JAX.
