Somehow Cassel gets blamed for sucking when his stupid coach could not keep an OC on staff. I think that dysfunction and turnover absolutely played a part in Cassel's lack of progress.

I also think they should draft someone so I don't agree with Pioli's all eggs in Cassel's basket if that is what he intends to do.

Did you not read the part about Weis refusing to work with him because he thought he was complete garbage?

I think if keeping Cassel means that we don't get a good experienced HC then that is a problem. But I think most FAIR people can see the lack of consistency he was forced to deal with over the last three years with all of the changes in personnel he was dealing with. I think he'll do better with less drama and dysfunction.

Please quit posting you ****ing crack whore.

No, I mean I think that is the minimum we will see from Cassel.

Frankie = Memyself

Both just missed medals and got ribbons at the very, very, very, small town Special Olympics.

Matt Cassel is a massive problem. Probably the 2nd most of the Chiefs problems.

The fact that he's not as responsible for this trainwreck is the coat-tail rider in the big chair hardly means he's 'the least of our problems'.

No he is the least of the Chiefs problems. You can bitch about Cassel, Pioli, Haley sucking all day long but as long as the Hunt's own this team they will never win anything again.

Ownership doesn't matter if we can get a good quarterback. No one will care less about Clark Hunt if we have a franchise QB.

So they will do something that they haven't done in 50 years? I will believe it when I see it

Oh yeah I forgot about Blackledge and Fuller. So it has been almost 30 years. Not really inspiring confidence.

You greatly underestimate the impact of the owner and GM of any pro sports franchise.
