Pull him, he doesn't have it today. Anyone is better than a pitcher that gets the 'BB disease'. He may have been the best option in the beginning but after the 1st walk I'm warming someone up just in case because I have a F'N lead on the road and will not lose it to the 'BB disease' come hell or high water. The deeper question here is how do you allow yourself as manager to get your pitching staff into this situation where there are limited options only 5 games into the season?

You should probably stop.
One walk - on a borderline pitch that could have been strike 3 as easily as ball four - and the manager should be warming up one of his long relief/6th inning guys behind his closer?
Luke Hochevar is hot garbage, especially with men on base. He's not an option. Bruce Chen is not a strikeout guy and is not an option. JC Gutierrez has pitched in ONE game for KC in a low-leverage situation and isn't a major strikeout guy, either. Holland still was the best option at that point to get out of it with a win.
And claiming that the bullpen was mishandled is silly. 30/30 major league managers run that the exact same way yesterday.
