however...legit super bowl runs are rare, and we got one here. If we can patch up this Defense to anything respectable, we seriously could pull this off.

I should add, DJ is not gonna win us a superbowl, but some leadership and somebody who can tackle could actually help.

That's exactly what it is.

Last season DJ was there, on the field, telling Ragland what gap to hit. Dude was able to run forward w/o much thinking.

It really seems like if this was going to happen, it would've been done within 24 hours tops

Veach is brainstorming trying to figure out what to do about Ragland, DJ gets released, a phone call is made within minutes "hey DJ come on home"... and boom, done

But that didnt happen

If Veach wanted him here, he'd be here... Brett is apparently doubling down on Ragland, committing the classic GM error of being afraid to admit a mistake
