It's about time they struck that shitbird out.

Pitching is giving them every chance to win this game.
Halladay was a great pitcher. No hit by Sanchez is an embarrassment.
Nats are just begging to use their bullpen. But the Cards hitters say no way.

No hitter confirmed. DAmn.
Yup. That’s gonna be a no hitter boys.
DeJong is so ****ing head ****ed. Seriously swinging at the first pitch there?
And Dejong gets jammed again swinging in the first pitch. WTF?
Lay down a ****ing bunt. I don’t care if it’s Bush league. Maybe it would light a fire for this series.
I don’t even give a shit about winning this game. Just get a ****ing hit.
Looking at that pitch count by innings, I mean **** they haven't came close to making him pitch.

Terribly managed and yet only given up 2 runs.

For ****'s sake, these guys just refuse to call check swing strikes against these hitters.
Offense is an embarrassment tonight.

Christ, Schildt. Webb has pitched well and just gave up a grounder. Keep using all these guys and they're going to be fried if this series even makes it five games.
Carlos is good for 1 out I guess. Shouldn’t be a closer though.

Manage this game worse, Mike.
1 out might be his attention span.
Schildt just keeps asking to get ****ed by big innings. Not that it will matter with one hit, but it's still a terrible tactical decision.
What the **** Wong

This is why I wanted LA. Kershaw twice instead of some slapdick.
Cards are just lame.
For all the fun that inning against Atlanta was, they have scored 0, 0, and 1 run in 3/6 games they've played. Just terrible.

Its all about pitching and making runs count. |
Lame Cardinals teams still make the NLCS. Suck on that haters.
Team is lame and boring but still has a chance for a WS birth.
Nothing like watching your team shit their collective pants on a playoff game at a bar in Cooperstown.

NL has a lot of teams who choke in the playoffs. Cardinals not so much. The Kershaw thing is just crazy & the Braves have lost 10 straight series in the playoffs? Wow. The Cubs are chokers & so are the Brewers. |
,,,but will get swept and Mo and his group of dunces won't improve the roster in the offseason (again)

Footbal coaches and players make adjustments at halftime. Can or do other baseball teams make adjustments to their pre-game plans to attack a pitcher? |

3 championships in 16 attempts isn’t that bad. What is so funny? We would all give our left nut for the Chiefs to have that success.

Enjoy another 100 year of futility. |
I still think we have a good shot in this series. This team just has a weird game against average pitchers sometimes.

And they get to face Flaherty. Whatever, I don’t expect this team to win it all anyways. |

Royals 2 championships. Yankees 27. Same win percentage though.

11 to 2. Percentage is the measurement though.

For whatever reasons this team cant hit soft tossing pitchers. But, can handle the pitchers with great stuff. We beat the Philly team that supposedly had the 3 best pitchers of all time to start an NLDS. No explaining why this is, but its continues for a long time. The Cardinals have a history of overperforming in the playoffs too. aka...Last time we played Washington, They were supposed to be this unbeatable powerhouse. Pete Kozma took them down. We didnt even deserve to make the playoffs in 2006 and 20011. Yet we won the World Series both years. I'd not write us off yet. |

The Royals turned 50 years old this season do you know how many Championships the Cards have in those 50 years? 3 KC has 2 and one was against you so please spare me the little brother routine. |
Pitiful Royals fans wish they could make the playoffs. Poor red headed step child of baseball.
