Worked hard on my form for kettlebell presses today, and it payed off.

Weighed myself today and I'm up to 163 lbs, while still cutting some fat (that's a good thing for me).

Workout before breakfast? How many calories are you taking in total each day? You need: 70-120g of protein per day Creatine after a workout Caloric deficit to lose fat Good weight training program in order to put on muscle mass |

I'm losing my desire to work out. I have been eating between 1300 and 1500 calories per day and seing almost a daily change on the scale. This is causing me not to have motivation to go to the gym when I am losing weight just by diet alone.

Bike ride scheduled for tonight if the weather allows it. Possibly lifting over lunch if workload allows it. Fingers are crossed.
