I had one last weekend. It wasn't as satisfying as I hoped.

I had Chipotle one time and loved it. Haven't had it since. One of these days when I splurge I'll get one.

Good news today is that I haven't eaten. I'm only 3 1/2 hours from 24. I should make it no problem.

Boo to lifting more weight, and not injuring yourself in the process?

I had to get up about 3 AM last night and take some aspirin the knees were hurting from 5x5 squat and 5x5 trap bar squat. I wake up in the morning feeling pretty good but as the day goes on I start feeling the sorness set in from the previous day workout.

I just switched from Creatine to Kre Alkalyn. I don't know if one is better than the other, but I guess we'll see.

Dude, it's for a like a week until you get used to it. It's not because you're weaker. It's just getting used to the new and improved movement.

Just ran/walked 3 miles. One tired mafugga.

Mr. Flopnuts 06-08-2010 08:28 PM

****. Completely miscalculated my dinner and ate 250 calories more than I had planned. That's the first time I've done that, and hopefully the last.

I was struggling to do some work but once I got in the pool I swam 600 meters worth of laps......And I did some water butterflies for a chest workout. The workouts have changed to swimming and biking and then some golf thrown in. I've never reached my weight loss goal but I feel good so.....there you go! In some form I have to just keep choppin' wood.
