Here's an interesting read on Hoiberg. I'd say he's one of the two best coachrd on the conference.

Last year is when we were live/die by the three. This year we are well rounded and can still win games if the three isn't falling. But all five guys on the floor are still a threat to shoot it, so it keeps the offense open.
