GOT is the first thing they have ever done. To not give it some room to finish the right way is not a good sign from them going forward. They get tired at the end of the Star Wars trilogy, they just phone it in like they did with GOT?

The leaks are out there. The ending is terrible and stupid if true. I think the leaks are correct and they have a very stupid ending that makes no sense.

I'm prepared to be disappointed tonight, but not even due to the show's decline in quality. It's just hard as hell to wrap up a great story, especially one with the scope of A Song of Ice and Fire.

Even incredible shows like The Sopranos and The Wire had underwhelming endings. In fact, I can only think of a couple I've watched with memorable, satisfying endings (Breaking Bad and The Office).

I think it would have been interesting to have Jon die killing the NK and then have Dany go Mad Queen because of his death and the fact that Cersei didn’t help them. Dany could torch Kings Landing and Arya could then kill her.

That would never work. It makes too much sense for D&D.
