Dogshit finale. Only 2 decent episodes this whole 8th season.

Well, those spoilers were dead nuts accurate. I kept wondering if something would get mixed up in the end, but it didn't happen.

The only thing I don't recall seeing was the whole Sansa Queen in the North bit.

So the Unsullied and Dothraki on Sansa’s verbal threat just **** off/peace out? Guess that loyalty to Dany can be bought for an island and a few acres of pasture land.....
So much forced dialogue. Dany comes off looking normal again before Jon knifes her - weak sauce. Dinklage not at his best either. No tears for Jamie.

Sophie Turner is so hot though....

I’m actually glad I read the spoilers because it became interesting watching how the writing would make the improbable (when out of context) happen. Not defending the writing and saying it was good, but knowing the spoilers changed my purpose in watching and made it possibly less disappointing.

While I think taking the black (or, saying screw you all and joining the wildlings) was probably the best possible outcome for Jon, it makes no ****ing sense after Grey Worm and his troops leave, since he's the only person who's pissed about Jon whacking Dany. No one else would give a shit. I mean, if Jon had stayed at Winterfell, what would they have done about it? Mailed in a complaint from Naath? Get the **** outta here.

Just glad it is over.

It's hilarious that Tyrion pretty much keeps the Nights Watch active as some shitty orphanage for people to drop their cripples and bastards off to.

I also wonder about Sansa being Queen in the North. She's basically got a PhD in scheming from the College of Littlefinger, has some deep seated issues from all the horrible shit that happened to her, and now she has complete power in the North.

She could be the next one to go full tyrant. Oh well, I guess we'll never know.
