It's not quite that simple but yeah, something like that. If your name is already in the public domain such as "Dave Lane" or "Tom Cash", it's impossible to ring that bell and to ask mods to enforce a rule like that. But if you meet somebody at a tailgate and then disclose their real name on the board, that's not kosher.

yes, of course. You put your own name out there and someone uses it, thats on the individual.
