Yeah it was very lame at first, but I got over it a while ago. I don't even blame my friend, I know how she can be.

I've put it all behind me though, and I'm looking forward to spending more time with this girl.

So the pause button is still pressed for this week. Both of us had prior commitments this weekend, she's out of town for work Tuesday - Friday, and I'm out of town Friday - Sunday. Still communicating via text and phone (loooooooooooooooooong conversation last night) but just won't see each other until after next weekend.

Anyway, things are going extremely well. At this point she appears to be as Awesome (possibly more Awesome - I know, difficult to comprehend that much Awesome) than DaKCMan AP.

After our first couple of dates I left for ~10 days on a family vacation. She's a dark chocolate addict so the last time I saw her before leaving for that trip I gave her a box of dark chocolates - one for every night I'd be gone starting that evening so she could think of me. Last Thursday began another ~10 day period of not seeing each other, but no chocolate this time. She gets back into town Friday afternoon (I fly out first things Friday morning) and instead I ordered roses to be delivered to her place on Friday. The next time I see her the following Monday/Tuesday will be fun.
