You put up 10pts in a bad loss to the Steelers on the road (this is only bad because we scored 42pts at Pittsburgh).

You allowed 31pts to Blake Bortles on the road.

You gave up 34pts to the Dolphins on the road.

You did however manhandle the mighty Jets and Bills on the road.

Our defense has been very bad on the road. But at home during the regular season, we allowed 18ppg which was 6th in the league. If this were at NE, I would understand your confidence. But I think you're conflating your postseason success overall with your postseason success on the road and they're different. Or you're just an insecure troll. Either way I enjoyed going through your schedule again because it made me more confident about next Sunday.

But they beat those mighty Texans and Colts!

Healthy...but the loss of Gordon and the decline of Gronk have turned your offense into a dink show.

Glad we can agree on that.

Now I know why you're posting here.

You haven't played anyone at home. Those home stats mean nothing.

#1 SOS in the entire NFL. If they haven't played anybody at home, that means they played the VERY BEST the NFL has to offer ON THE ROAD. And finished with the #1 seed.

Luck had a 72 career playoff passer rating. He had a 78 against your defense yesterday.

Mahomes had 0 TDs against the vaunted Colts defense.

The Chiefs have no advantage at home in the playoffs.

Good thing we are playing a team that is a giant piece of shit on the road. 5 losses to non playoff teams and guys like Marriotta, Tannehill and Bortles.

That's a funny Gronkowski reference. I'll give you credit for that.

Brady is pretty good at getting the ball out quickly, as we saw today. That's surely going to be his strategy. The difference is we aren't going to sit back in zone like the Chargers did and let him pick us apart.

Might I add that we were in every game too.

Also, since they're plating the injury card, we were missing several starters in each of those games

Oh my, the Pats opponent offensive efficiency is even better than the Colts. ROFL

Honestly, they’re very comparable teams.

But our pass rush and QB are better. Not good for you.

Julio Jones might be better than Tyreek, but they didn’t have a TE like Kelce.

Their running backs were probably better than ours though.

Mahomes’s ability to stretch the field and extend plays is the X Factor. You can do everything right for 5 seconds and barely slip up. He’ll find the mistake and make you pay.

Yes we have not fared well on the road. Have had our first three double digit losses since going back to 2002, 16 years ago. And frankly have been spanked a few times this year. Not to mention not being able to clinch the division in Miami, then not be able to do it again the next week in Pitt.

And yes agree 100% really wished this game was in Foxboro. (and yes why it can be tough for a fan base to accept bounces going different ways that decide games as we discussed in the other thread, sometimes it is just not your day and one must accept the cards one has been dealt)

I am just hoping that the pats can come out hungry and play clean, and those road games will be a thing of the regular season. But we will have to wait and see.

FlyEaglesFly 01-13-2019 08:21 PM

You guys just inherited every drunk angry loud Eagles fan to your side. You don't have to like us but we hate Belicheat and Brady. We will help carry you to the promised land if u want it or not hahaha.

Let us get arrested, we're good at this. Just win

We'll bury the bodies. Go win this shit!!

They lost 4 games by 14 points. If you take out the 7-point margin against the Seahawks, they lost 3 games to 3 playoff teams, two of which are still alive, by 7 points combined, 2 of them on the road in prime time.
