I guarantee you that the Bills can put together a team to play the season out. Some guys may decide to sit, but you move one.

Hammock Parties 01-03-2023 01:41 PM

ok gang, thought of another compromise...chiefs win the super bowl but bills get the trophy?

thots?

So Buffalo should cancel their season so they can "focus" on Hamlin.

The NFL season is moving on.

Get ready for Chiefs/Chargers playoff game because the NFL is going to get the Bills/Bengals game one way or another. Winner heads to KC.

Sets up the dreaded Back to Back game BS of Bills vs NE. Like we need to see that shit show twice in a row. But we also get back to back Ravens vs Bengals games.

What an awful mess.

This is it. I give the Jags a decent shot vs the Chargers though.

Really? So what's their solution cancel the season over 1 guys injury? What's the end game here? What makes Buffalo satisfied?

That's why you don't ever get yourself in a scenario where you let the mob dictate what's going on because they don't have any actual control over what's happening, its all emotion.

Yes. If we win on Saturday, the Bengals would still have a shot at the 2 seed if they were to play the Buffalo game. Bengals and Bills would end up 13-4, a game behind us, and Cincy would have the 2 seed. Of course everything is a cluster right now and no one really knows what’s going on with scheduling.

Yep, the NFL needs to think about the precedent they're about to set.

Looks to me like they think the league should just pause for them, that or they should get to stay the #1 without playing.

chiefzilla1501 01-03-2023 01:45 PM

I’m as opportunistic as the next person but it wouldn’t sit right with me to win the #1 seed in this kind of technicality. Really hope they get the game in and week 19 makes the most sense. I think the nfl should be considering pre playoff bye weeks anyway.

they weren't the #1 before kickoff ROFL

FloridaMan88 01-03-2023 01:45 PM

This is when you need a commissioner/leader who makes strong decisions with conviction that doesn't cave into virtue signaling public pressure or is at the whims of Hamlin's EKG monitor.

Pablo 01-03-2023 01:45 PM

Take all the time you need Buffalo. The rest of us will keep playing and watching football. Catch ya week one next year
