Despite the bad calls and bad D, key drops by Hill and Kelce did hurt.
|
this game the Chiefs felt flat emotionally .
didnt see anyone on the sidelines motivated.. Tyrann was tackling like Deon Sanders. . Tyreek dropped 2 easier passes then Chase caight .. |

and it wasn't necessarily the amount of flags it was when...every time they needed a first down they threw a flag (phantom calls on most)...every time we needed first down or returned the punt for a TD, they threw a phantom holding call...was a total bush league NFL hack job...totally wanted the Chiefs to lose... |
Joe Burrow is now Aaron Rodgers!

Bengals just whooped chiefs ass.

Reid/Bieniemy cannot allow our offense to just disappear like that. We were running over them all game, but just stopped mid drives for no reason.

Zac Taylor just thoroughly out coached the entire staff today. That's ****ing embarrassing. Spags in particular needs an ass chewing for his role in this shit. That 3rd and 27 call was some Gregg Williams type shit.
|
Too much ****ing Sorenson today. For the good of the team he needs to die.

The Bengals played the best they could possibly play and still needed multiple obvious non penalties called in their favor to win. Even the QB admitted it. |

He flat out refused to double Chase. After the game he had up to that point, Thornhill or Mathieu should have been doubling over the top. Spags lost this game. Yes, the officiating was one sided, but we let Chase run free the entire game. On his first big TD, he wasn't even covered off the line. The offense went MIA in the second half, but letting a single receiver beat you, because you stubbornly refuse to double him, just pisses me the **** off. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk |

We got de pant this game.

No matter how we played the refs stopped us. We were not allowed to win. They needed Joe tonwin the division with Chase. Star power being wins.

Whoever started the game day thread needs his ass kicked.

;I was actually thinking we should have let them score when we had 2 and a half minutes. I know that's the wrong way to think, but I was thinking it.

This game had TNF Raiders and LA Rams feelings game officiating stink all over it. I’m so glad I learned to disassociate my feelings with what happens to the Chiefs after years of my favorite team getting ****ed over by questionable calls. 20s me would have been pissed all day. No I’ll just say “**** it” and do my Sunday chores.

better yet, let Clark speak up too and pay all those fines as well he can afford it a lot easier than he can afford another screw job |

Chase is amazing. . he was catching everything. . while Tyreek was dropping everything. . |
Should be plenty of motivation on KC's side for revenge on several teams if you have a rematch in the playoffs. Buffalo, Tennessee, Cincy.

I'm still giving credit to Ward he was just out matched but his coverage was as good as any top cornerback in the league. That was like going against Randy Moss.
|
has anyone noticed since Tyreek started wearing those Peace sign gloves hes been dropping more balls. .

It's not like we haven't seen this before. We've seen games handed to Derek Carr and Lamar Jackson in order to try to create a rivalry. Maybe it will actually work with burrow.
This won't be the last game the league sacrifices for storyline. It probably won't be the last time it happens to the chiefs this year. Pretty sure they don't want us in the Superbowl a third time. |

Some of the calls were iffy but let's be honest, Ward, Fenton and Sneed couldn't live with Chase. They got grabby or got beat, all game. Combine that with at least one dum dum call from Spags that didn't help them. I think all of our corners have been playing at an excellent level but I'm not sure any are true lockdown CBs, and they were up against a top tier talent on a tear. It happens, they'll be back.
The offence in the 2nd half was poop but again some of this is the old problem of execution. It's fixable. Basically some poor execution, God like performance from Chase, crappy reffing and poor play calls. We win if just one is slightly in our favour. F***ing frustrating but I reckon we'll be fine. |

Tyreek 6 catches for 40 yards and two drops.
Kelce 5 catches for 25 yards and one drop. Tyreek especially was bad today… he couldn’t break anything. |
I take this loss and blame personally on myself.

Overall, the defense played well today even if the scoreboard won't show it. I think there was only one Bengals touchdown that wasn't on a free bonus drive. |
If its not obvious to most at this point that the outcomes of these contests can and will be controlled through officiating, then most are still in denial. The nfl can legally do so with no legal repercussions being an entertainment enterprise. So, if altering games and creating a narrative is in the financial interest of the nfl, it sadly would not make sense for them to not do so.
|
That was a ****ing black balling by the refs. The game turned when they called holding on the Pringle touchdown.

He went bye bye. |
What happened to the offense in the 2nd half? They couldn't be stopped in the 1st half.

Quote:
It's like they know when he's on the field playing deep he can be easily tricked into biting on the underneath route. |
Quote:
I am fairly certain the Bengals 28th ranked pass defense also couldn’t live with Hill and Kelce but somehow never managed to draw multiple questionable penalties. |

When you stop them on 4th down and the officials give them the ball back you're normally screwed. And then a bogus horse collar call for 15 yards was in there two. The refs were looking to call a penalty against us and they did in both of those 4th down situations. It was total bullshit.
