Well I'm at a weddin this weekend and my eating went to shit. I was at an average of 1200 calories for Sunday-Thursday and then today while out of town I have an awesome hotel breakfast consisting of a waffle, a bicuit w/gravy, a hard boiled egg. About 800 calories for breakfast. Then I take my kids to MCD's and i order a grilled chicken classic plain which is only 420 calories but my kids dont finish their meals and I end up eating an order of fries and 3 chicken nuggets. Then at dinner it is a buffet and they have mashed potatoes turkey, ham and gravy. I have two plates and have no idea on the calories but I know its a lot and then I had a milky way bar(first candy bar in 3 monthes, yummy). And I get back to the hotel and they have complimentary snacks(free chocolate chip cookies, of which I have two) And now I am drinking vodka and cranberry(the cranberry is light so that helps) But I have went off my calorie rocker today and I'm sure tommorrow I will do the same so I may have a 6K-8K calorie weekend. Yuck! I may have to shoot for 800 calorie days next week or just do a couple of fasts. Just thought I should post this so you all will call me a weak pussy to motivate me. Also before today I have lost 40 pounds in about 2.5 to 3 monthes. I'm sure this won't blow my diet but I feel guilty.
