Boerigter said putting this type of injury into n a stationary boot is not what they are doing, quite the opposite, keep the leg moving through exercise, heat, and message to keep blood moving, healing it faster…

I think the media is setting this thing up in favor of us. This is a Mahomes legacy boost. The ankle is fine. He is going to come out on Sunday and do the same crazy shit he does week in and week out. It will be a legendary performance. The sprain has been blown out of proportion and I am perfectly fine with all of it.

Has anyone seen a comparison on inside high ankle sprains (like this one) vs. outside (the usual way)? Maybe inside heal faster or are easier to deal with.
