I'm on the trade-him bandwagon unless there's no other option. He was good in the Superbowl but I can't forget that it was his guy who fell on Mahomes' ankle in the Jags game.
|
I'm in the tag and trade him. He's average with a very good quality of being durable. He struggles against elite competition, especially quick guys, so he was dog crap during the hardest part of the schedule and got better when the competition got worse.

Now the "who gets paid game??". It comes down to replace ability.
Would it be better to pay OBjr or CJ? I would say you would be better off paying CJ (through an extension) than a long-term contract for OBjr. This of course makes the assumption that we are not in dire need of cap space. Thus I would tag and continue to talk about contract with OBjr. Knowing full well he wont be seen until training camp and he'll be under performing for the first part of next season. |
