Rashee needs to lay low until all the alchohol is out of his blood. Then he needs to pay the witnesses off. Once he hires a great lawyer he should be good. Nobody is hurt, it's all a big misunderstanding.

I check in intermittently and go from phone to lap top regularly. I prefer the standard pages for finding where I was and old posts reasons.

Huh? Why would Rice do anything like this?

Didn't say he would, in fact made up a fictitious scenario involving myself to separate. Just an academic question - once somebody has been removed from the scene for any period of time, I would think any blood alcohol content found on them hours later or the next day would be completely inadmissible.

Ok but did he win?

Sounds like he did since the other guy crashed first.

Jalen Carter helped kill 2 people last year while driving in a reckless manner with a suspended license. He fled the scene of the crime. The NFL did not punish him in any way. If the league office gives Rice a huge suspension, that sure looks like a bad double standard applied in these 2 cases. They set the wrong precedent last year by not punishing Carter.

That Brown Rice slogan is temporarily now called Basmati Rice, as in rice in a sack (sacked their way into jailtime). No hope lost. Bert will redeem himself via the draft and bring on two new stud receivers.

You realize he wasn't in the NFL yet when that happened, right?

Counterpoint: Carter hadn’t been drafted into the NFL yet (and signed a contract) and wasn’t part of their players association which is subject to the protect-the-shield justice system.

Carter had not been drafted, yet. League penalties apply only towards drafted players. That's why he got off the hook.
