Once Sac drops Webber & Vladeflop they will have a ton a salary space available though. If they can pickup a decent big man too you may see Kobe go there. I hope he stays put.

You forgot one, the Lakers don't play D. All they do is whine to the officials when the calls aint going their way.

I can't understand why he would leave LA to begin with....he's got it made out there.

Lakers can play decent D when they want to. It may not be as good as Detroit but it's still been pretty good when they have needed it. Malone's knee and the glove losing a step haven't helped. Whatever, I don't really think your trying to be objective anyway.

If you seen the movie "one flew over the cuckoo's nest" Shaq reminds me of the guy Nicholson was teaching to play basketball. "Chief" just stood underneath and held his hands up.

Kobe is good...one for the books...but he ain't MJ....he can't continue to walk around and think that he is...because that's fraud...and fraud is illegal.

Too bad the Pistons didn't sweep it, 'cause then I could have already flushed the turd that is the NBA out of my consciousness for another year. But, alas, it looks like it'll be a topic on sportsradio for at least another day or two. :(

Maybe you should run that by Mark Hulbert and the rest of that crack legal team they have there in Eagle Colorado. I understand their looking for anything at this point.

The only way Kobe stays put in LA is if ONE: Phil Jackson leaves; TWO: Shaq is traded; THREE: He gets aquited on all charges.

I like the Lakers chances of winning the series this year better than all three of those happening.
:)

There just so much other stuff going on I don't understand why they would be talking about the NBA.

I don't care what they talk about, as long as it's not the NBA. I'd rather listen to a week's worth of talk about the NCAA women's softball world series and how awesome title 9 is than a seconds worth of NBA talk.

OK big guy to each their own. Personally the only womens sport I have any interest in is mud wrestling or the like.
