MIZZOU basketball has NO strengths!

Al Bundy 02-25-2014 10:09 PM

MU looks like they wouldn't beat UCF in basketball right now... and UCF is at the bottom of a shit league.

GloryDayz 02-25-2014 10:12 PM

Wow... That was something to see!

Dave Matter @Dave_Matter 4m
Haith said he was happy with his team's effort. "We competed hard."

You're ****ing kidding me?

And that is another reason why Haith is a complete clown and loser of a coach. He was a loser at Miami and is a loser at Mizzou.

Time for a new coach

Felt like I was watching a Quin Snyder team.

'Hamas' Jenkins 02-25-2014 11:12 PM

That's an insult to Quin Snyder.

Snyder won a tournament game at least.

And Alden will blow it all off claiming to "know what he's doing" and "putting the kids first". The usual tactics collage HCs and ADs use to "justify" loses - use the kids and their education against criticism.

The truth is, none of these "kids" have a future now, at least not in basketball....

Study hard kids, it's a tough job market!

I think last night is what it must be like realizing that P Bitch is your child. That's the best thing I can compare that to as a Tiger fan. Just brutal.

Don't think there's much chance of Haith getting the axe after this year, though an epic collapse to close the season would put him on the hot seat to start next year, at least.

I still like the young trio of CLark/Jones/J3, but can't imagine those guys improving enough, even with the freshman to sophomore jump, to make a big impact next year. Unless Jakeenan Gant or Cam Biedschied is a MAJOR impact player (which I guess is possible, they're both top 50 recruits out of HS), I think they miss the tourney again next year.

Which recedes more between now and next season: Rosburg's hair or playing time? Hopefully the latter.

Clarkson will be on an NBA roster next season. Brown will be getting paid to play basketball somewhere, either in the NBA, NBDL, or overseas.

CoMoChief 02-26-2014 09:07 AM

ROFL

Haith is going to run this thing right into the ground.

Some mock draft sites have Clarkson as a borderline lottery pick. Other have him in the second round though. I'm not saying whether or not he's going to make a roster, just projections in the draft.

Saw him in the top 20 in at least two reputable mock drafts as recently as last week or the week before (Goodman and Ford, I believe. Know GOodman had him projected to the Bulls).

Pair that with the buzz that started last season - he's been viewed as a one-year player by many that entire time - and I think it's a foregone conclusion.

Wow. That's pretty brutal. I actually feel a little bit bad for you guys now.
