Ran 3 miles barefoot, then an hour of yoga, then some squats to finish it up.

Yay.

My feet are killing me.

First real day back in the gym. Ran a 10 minute mile, lifted hardcore and to failure, then ran a 5k in under 34 minutes. Oh, and 7 of those lbs are gone. Water weight FTW!

I just knew that I didn't eat anywhere near the 14k in calories every day that it would take to put that kind of weight on over that time frame.

I'm feeling fresh, rejuvenated, and I had a pep in my step today at the gym that I haven't had in over a month. I really think those days were helpful for me.

I will have 3-4 legitimate pounds I need to lose. Pretty much this week will make up for last week and we'll pick back up where we left off. I've also only eaten 1 meal and a protein shake since Saturday night. Fasted 24 hours yesterday, and had to drink a protein shake today, but I won't eat again until 7pm tonight.

I'm only 9 days from the end of 2 months of ADF, and 1 month of 0 carb, although I had a couple of slip ups. Old ladies serving me fudge, people taking me to mexican restaurants. Ice cream dates with hot babes. :D

Nice. I need to do that. I'm so much more disciplined when I'm not weighing myself. Bad weigh in, eat bullshit because I got ****ed. Good weigh in, eat bullshit because I deserve it. Really it's not the weighing that's the problem, it's the reeruned attitude.

Weird. I pushed my fat ass today on my run and I ran a total of over 4 miles, yet I burned less calories per minute than ever before while running.

You'll burn less calories as you lose weight. Just a fact of life.

Plus, as you do exercises, you become more efficient at them, so you'll burn less calories. To burn more, you'll have to run faster or farther.

Ok, back from vacation. Started weight training again after taking about a year off.

Rosemary-garlic sauteed okra, squash, zucchini, tomato, and garbanzo beans. Side salad of romaine, cucumber, radish, tomato, and garbanzo beans.
