Doubt it has anything to do with the NBA believing it dropped the ball on Draymond. They just think the optics of one of their superstars doing really stupid shit regularly is much worse than Draymond punching a teammate (which he'd done before and almost certainly will do again).

Ja is lucky Stern isn't commish. With that being said he is losing 30% the regular season (no big deal) but also losing $12 million in salary (really big deal). So it is probably a fair suspension.

Stern might have suspended him for an entire season, but this is more than fair. Also more than I expected from Silver (who is a pretty toothless commissioner on the whole).

As long as you take Barry seriously, I don't mind. He may be a shitposter, but his logic on his main crusades is sound (LeBron is the GOAT and Brady is the most overrated player in NFL history) and everyone knows it by this point.
