Your D is impressive, for sure.

Mizzou's offense is equally impressive (in my mind). There aren't many teams out there with as many weapons as Mizzou has.

It all starts with Coffman and Rucker. Maclin's a guy that can score from anywhere... and our QB's a tough SOB with a nice arm.

You're happy with your D, and I don't blame you... I just don't think they've faced a team with this many weapons.

Good luck to ya... It's gonna be fun.

sorry I'm late joining the conversation. anybody know the chart for choosing to go for 2?

it doesn't seem smart at a 19 point lead. missing it left the opening for a field goal, and two tds with 2pt conversions to tie it up (what was terribly close to happening,) while putting up the extra one point safeguards a win at 20 points. 2 points gains nothing.

am I missing something?

I'm thinking. 34-27 Mizzou.

I don't see that many points for either team, even thou both offenses can score....... Both defenses are too good for this, at least they should be......

MU 25
KU 35

I agree. I was thinking at the time that it was way to early to think about going for 2 there.

Yes you are. 3 TD's is *FAR* more likely.

I think it was way too early to pull out the chart, BUT if you are going to pull out the chart, then you go for 2 at +19

Tough to hold Mizzou under 30...

That's a tall order.

Tought to score over 20 points on KU....... Only 1 team ( 24 ) has. We still won that one on the road.........

MU 38 KU 20

My prediction, even though they don't mean shit.

As for the K-State comment, i forgot they were ranked 25th at that time i belive, my bad.

You haven't seen much of KU's D, have you?

I've seen it but it doesn't mean i don't think MU can't score, they haven't faced an offense like mizzou's either. Like i said, my prediction isnt saying much, i just got alot of faith in MU's O, like you have in KU's D. We have to wait TOO long for this matchup

Maybe for a pussy defense. K-U's defense, despite the lack of top 10 challenges....has HARDLY been a pussy defense. :)

I REALLY wish I could be there for the Hawks-Tiggers match-up on Saturday. I just can't....justify/rationalize/afford....it, given my Chief's commitment.

I gotta admit though, if KU, and NU, aren't in it....I still cheer for Mizzou. Weird? I know. But I do.
