What exactly would do it for you, boss... 47, 48, 53? Just what in the hell does it take an NFL TEAM to win these days? As intelligent as you are, you're simply one of those guys who would say...

Yes, 62 points was outstanding and I give him credit (lie), BUT that was all accomplished by the end of the third quarter...are you really going to tell me he couldnt have gotten us another seven in the fourth? Is THAT too much to ask?

You're ****ing unreal and so are your expectations... if you cant throw this on the defense 100% then just join Big Cat Doody in the midden out back, with takes like this you're no better than that.

Without both his running backs and deep threat.

It's the weekend and the project is due Monday morning. The project is to the point where it can be finished with about 4 hours work over the weekend. Over the weekend the jack off does nothing, and the over achiever says, "I've done my part, I'm out". The project fails and you lose the client to a competitor.

Performance reviews are the next week. Obviously you give the jackoff a very poor performance review. No question about it.

How do you handle the other guy? Sounds like 90% of the people here want to give him a raise.

Horrible analogy.

The offense scored six points in the second half despite being given two turnovers. They had so little time of possession they allowed the Colts 7 possessions in a half. You don't get kudos for playing a great half of football.

13 points but hey let's not let facts get in the way. TOP in the 2nd half was 17:20 man you're bad with facts.

OK, it's been the better part of a week and I'm still not over it...

And I'd love a KC-based investigative reporter to report on the known/suspected whereabouts of each player. Just to keep me pissed the **** off!

So, Alex and the offense is to blame for the defense's inability to stop the Colts offense?

At the beginning of the Chiefs last 4 down series on offense, they had a 57% chance of winning despite all the tomfoolery of the defense. The game was still there for the taking.

The D allowed 35 points in the 2nd half. That's the only number that matters.

Scoring 44 points puts you in position to win almost every time.

True, but you also have to acknowledge that the shitty d also gave the offense prime field position with 4 takeaways to contribute to those points. Those 44 points weren't 80 yard drives and the defense and a HUGE part in that 44 points.

The worst part is D couldn't even slow them down, how many times did their scoring drives take under 2 minutes?

You can't score 35 points in a half if takes 10 minutes to score each time.

JFC just slow them down. The D might as well not even been on the field.

Yes, if someone bitched about Romo's performance vs Denver than they shouldn't be happy with Alex in this game.

This is so ironic that anyone that has a different opinion of what they perceive happened, is "stupid" or "dumb."
It runs pretty consistent with this "Alex was perfect" group and it makes me think they are trying to convince themselves they are right because they don't like the scenario if they are wrong.

None of us like it, but some of us are realists and see it for what it is.

He is good, but not great.

Sure. I could copy and paste 99% of your post and I'm feeling generous today.

Hence, my comment about Alex responding after the fumble while Luck went into GOD MODE.
