Ventura has easily become my most hated Royal. He has a $1 million arm and a $.10 head. **** him.

I know no one here wants to hear about the opponents executing properly, but that was a pretty good adjustment by Melancole. He threw a 3-2 curve and walked Hosmer when he probably should've went with the cutter to induce weak contact. That's EXACTLY what he did with Morales.

Showed tonight.. Ventura just isn't any good right now. This was a loss to a very good team. Good teams are going to pound guys like Ventura on a regular basis.

I look at the standings and just marvel at the fact that we are 19 games over .500 with this group of Starters. Seriously, it's a head scratcher when you stop and really think about it. However, I'm going to stop worrying about what this team doesn't have and just enjoy the fact that we are leading the Central and playing .600 ball. Life's good, Gents!
