THe #21 hit him in the door after the #2 wrecked him earlier. I don't think it's hurt too bad though looking at lap times he and the #31 are running.

That's not true. First, congrats to David Ragan -- Sweet revenge for Ragan who should have won the Daytona 500 in February if not for changing lanes on a restart. Ragan was leading at the end when NASTYCAR black-flagged him.

Back to Junior and Jimmie: Friends of mine online was listening to Junior and Jimmie's radio. After a late race pit stop separated the pair when Jimmie ran over debris, Junior was left out to dry. When the two finally hooked up, they were caught in one of the two final lap crashes -- with Junior finishing 19th and JimiJo 20th.

Why wasn't Kurt Busch's separation from his wife, mentioned this week? I knew that wasn't KuBusch's wife he was manhandling in victory Lane last week.

I was at a pool party/fireworks display. They had the race on there but it didn't keep my attention very well.

While I am not a Little E fan, it's probably unfair to expect him to live up the the reputation of his Dad. He doesn't have the "killer" instinct his Dad had nor the driving skills. In fact most of the 2nd generation drivers these days aren't the same as their fathers/grandfathers and alot of that has to do with the difference in NASCAR then and NASCAR now.

I'm not sure I could name one son/daughter of a NASCAR legend that has come close to being successful in this generation. If someone can name one I would be interested in hearing it.

He's a lightly talented wanna-be who is living off his Daddy's name. If his last name wasn't Earnhart he'd hardly pass muster for being a Nationwide driver. He hasn't done anything more that the 2nd level drivers and until he starts doing something more than wandering around trying to blame everyone but himself for not being a better driver, he's doomed to winning one race every 2 or 3 years.

Jr. got a ride because of his dad, but he's got 18 wins. Those didn't come by accident, nor does it make him a second rate driver. In fact, it puts him 12th among active drivers if you don't include Elliot.

That is true and he is showing signs of being a factor again. He is driving the best equipment so it is expected. He should have taken this equipment to the winners circle a long time ago. He has been in the mix this year but just about any top 25 driver would fair well in that equipment IMO~

Referring to Dale Earnhardt Sr as Dead Dale is insulting IMO. As a long time fan of him and the sport I feel he deserves more respect than that~
