Two calls against us by the dick head were complete phantom penalties that gave them life.

We needed to keep pressing the edges when we had a chance to expand the lead. We need to run some more jet sweeps etc to keep those DEs honest. Oh and those two illegal contacts were quite convenient.

I remember watching the draft video of the Houston guy who basically said CEH was the steal of the draft.

The refs called a pretty good game. Both calls against TM were within the rules and both were called consistently. The first was a bad break, the second was a bonehead play by TM.

One other note on Clyde…..they keep saying how good a receiver he is out of the backfield but they never throw the ball to him so he is of no value there.

He runs like a 33 year old back. How could he be useful in the passing game?

Meh. A bad break is the only thing between us and 2-0. CEH never fumbles. We clearly should have done an RPO with Mahomes, who is the best player in NFL history, so the loss is on Andy. Next time he won't make that mistake.

Nah, we're a very good team. But we've played 3 teams in a row that excel in playing physical, and can take advantage of our weaknesses. You have to maul us up front, limit how much time Mahomes has the ball, and on defense play your safeties deep and dare us to run the ball.

Thats NOT on Andy. Mahomes isnt going to keep the ball he has to pass it or hand it off to someone else. Sure it would probably have been safer with Kelce, but the run should have been a safe call…
