I had been attending the Lincoln POF nights (last Friday of every month - organised by Jan) since October 12 and found no success. On April 26th 2013 Tina came with her sister Kerry (who I had become friends with at previous POF nights) and Kerry introuduced Tina to me and we go on so very well never stopped takling all night and met up the next day for a meal and we introuced each other to one anothers family and have never been apart since. I proposed to Tina on her birthday 20th October 2014 and we have booked our wedding for 25th April 2015 - we are getting married at The Pride Of Lincoln - where we met on the POF night and having the whole wedding there. We are so happy and if it had not been for the Lincoln POF night we would have never got together.

also....i don't know if it's possible....we never printed out our first conversation on pof. Wish we had that....it would be very special. SO - POF...if we could get that conversation some how, that would be the best ever!!! Thank you pof for bringing us together :)

Without POF, my husband and I might have never met. We were both living in the same city but I don't see how our path would have crossed without this dating website.

I, a French Canadian working for the Government and he, English Canadian, working for a private company, had different interests and were not going out in the same places.

We were not even at the same stage in our respective lives. I wanted something serious and he just wanted to have fun. I was charmed right away but didn't show it too much to him. With time, he got familiar to the idea of being in a serious relationship.

We are now, enamored, walking hand in hand in the same direction. We are very attached to each other and we value very much our new life together. Our dog takes share in our happiness and we are also expecting our first child in a few months. A love like ours is so precious, I wish the same thing happens to you!

Well seems freaky but we are actually two days, age wise, and less than 6 miles apart when we met. We had both been to many of the same places usually on opposite times of days or just simply must have just missed that person.

But it was almost an instant love. We both have the same interests and that same fire and fun still exists today as the same. We find each other still pranking ourselves in our home, still cooking together in the kitchen, and she still is my at home nurse when i hurt myself at work.
