I'm afraid Mason would get into foul trouble guarding Trimble. He's good at drawing fouls. Trimble is a horrible defensive player so that's good though. |
So would we rather battle the rainbow warriors or terrains? I have no reason to believe Jayhawks would fock with rainbows, so I'm not sure a rainbow warrior would be that angry with us. However terrains are slow and shouldn't really pose any threat to a bird. Thoughts?

Maryland is a top 10 talent who has underachieved all year. They've got a ton of size, which helps them both score effectively inside and block shots. We'll lean heavily on Lucas in that one.

Just adding to the "best (somewhat recent) KU team" discussion, I think 2002 gets forgotten. Boschee, Hinrich, Gooden (2nd in NPOY voting), Collison, Miles, Langford, Simien. Good role players too with Michael Lee and Jeff Carey. Ran into a buzzsaw in the Final 4, and a shell of that team almost won the title the next year.

The Jayhawks should beat Maryland by double digits. Melo and Diamond are no Juan and Lonny B.

South- 39 West- 57 East- 82 Midwest- 62 The winner of UNC/Indiana should walk to the Final Four, but who the **** knows anymore lol. |

2003 lost the 2nd best player in college hoops to the NBA lottery, a senior who had the all time conference record for 3s, a McDAA and future team leader PF to a shoulder injury, and replaced them with a PF who only managed to stop playing while stoned during the tournament, and a scrub recruiting class. |
