It clearly wasn't a developmental year after the first few weeks . It is a big missed opportunity, but if Pat and the offense can stay intact and healthy, improvements on D might get us there.

maybe its the scotch talking. . .but Mahomes underthrew Hill and overthrew Williams and cost us 7...

i believe in him in the future but also think hes becoming a Chief and Chiefs are losers. .

im tired of them losing games and then hitting the podium saying "we gotta play better"

same song and dance. .

i know the future is bright with PM15 and we will have some excitement but i still dont see us ever winning a superbowl ..

The season was better by a mile than I predicted it would be. Hopes raised by a great, overachieving season are the only reason this stings so much. That's a good thing.

But I won't soon get over it that was the New England Patriots that did it to us.

Reports are that Houston was just sitting at his locker staring at it endlessly after the game.

He might be done here and he knows it.

reeruned take. We lost to possibly the greatest coach and QB of all time tonight. Not the Colts. Not the Titans. Not a team who kicked six ****ing field goals.

I'm sure Colts fans thought the same thing about Manning at one point.

We witnessed an epic shootout that came down to a coin flip.

Next time it could easily go our way.

i knew this game was lost way before the coin flip. . you didnt?

It never goes our way . . there is a clear difference between winners and losers

we dont have that winner mentality

Lel

And Tom Brady just happens to be playing in his 9th Superbowl.

Face it, we're fans of a loser franchise

It’s his first f**king season. He could’ve gone out and thrown 4 picks and no touchdowns and I still would’ve been impressed

He had 50TD and 5000 yards in his first season. And he actually managed to win a home divisional playoff game and got Arrowhead its first taste of the AFC title game.

In the 4th, he drove to give us the lead twice, and with 39 seconds left and the ball at his own 25, tied the game at 31

There’s nothing “Chiefy” about that. Give him a top 20 defense and we’ll be in the SB

It damn sure ****ing was! This kid is a kid, man! A prodigy, yes. Absolutely! But this game at this level does NOT COME IN ONE SEASON! And when you combine that with Bob "**** Me" Buttons, it's a goddamned MIRACLE that the Chiefs were even HOSTING this game!

Rivaldo 01-21-2019 01:15 AM

lol hustler trophies are very coveted awards

Mecca 01-21-2019 01:16 AM

The problem I have is this is a defense full of overpaid shitbags. Some of those shitbags can't be moved on from right away...and the ones that can don't have anyone to replace them.

Ford and Houston both have limitations to their games and the guys that had high picks used on them to be their backups aren't any good. When your starting front 7 can't stop the run without changing out half the guys...****ing problem.

yes and no

he dueled the goat... back n forth last night... 2 TD drives and a fg drive in the final quarter.

we win the coinflip, we r in the SB

and the developmental narrative because many didn't see it coming (go figure) doesn't sell too many copies

Rivaldo 01-21-2019 01:19 AM

he's the best player at his position in the league by a fair margin. because no one knew it, doesn't mean jack squat
