Maybe I'm a pussy, maybe it's the padding of the sock, you be the judge.

And I've lost 9.2 lbs in the last 6 days. Down to 273.

Tuna @ 62c per can = WIN

Tonight I'm making BBQ Fried Chicken. Finely ground BBQ pork rinds substituted for flour.

How is that? I need to try that.

It was OK. Frying chicken is hard....I undercooked it a little.

The rinds work as a sub, though. Just take your chicken and roll it in the rinds, roll it in an egg wash, and then repeat until you get the desired thickness of coating. Set the chicken aside for 15 minutes or so and let the coating set. Once your oil is heated, lower it in and cook each piece for about 8-10 minutes. I did about 5-6 and it was definitely undercooked.

Chef Ramsey would berate you. Of course he'd talk shit about the pork rinds too. "It's a dog's dinner..................COME ON!!!!"

I'm getting faster. Not sure how or why. Maybe it's the weight, maybe it's conditioning, maybe it's the weather. This morning was 10 run, 3 walk, 10 run, and I covered 1.09 and 1.14 miles in the two 10-minute intervals. Which is 2.23 miles combined in 20 minutes, under 9 minutes/mile. I felt really bad this morning, too.

I've been doing so many miles the last few weeks that my blisters have blisters. Total of 175 miles walking and running combined since June 17th. 9.7 miles/day. I keep telling myself I should take a day or two off, but every morning I get up and feel like going out.

 That's awesome dude. I'm finding that it is mattering less and less what and how much I eat. Weight keeps falling off. I just posted that I'd lost 9.2 lbs in 6 days. I have no idea how. This is my 4th fasting day, but they're not 24 hour fasts. I've been having a problem eating late at night because I've been up considerably later this week. Yet, it keeps falling off. It's all the running, I guarantee it. It's nice to have my bodybugg bitching at me because I'm losing more than it thinks I should rather than vice-versa. Of course this is just all the weight I'd put on the 2 weeks previous by being a gluttonous, lazy, pig.

Keep your big meals for breakfast or lunch and don't eat much after dark... Drink water instead.

Or, eat what you want, when you want, so long as you don't eat too much. No need to overly complicate it.

Oh, and what's this about a race at the bash? I wanna compete!

Well, I've been dropping hints that Hardnuts should show everyone just how badass is he is by outrunning a dude who he'll outweigh by a significant margin. Plus, he's my buddy, so it would be fun, and I enjoy humiliation.

But it would even more fun if a bunch of people competed...and wow, if he toasted us all...wow. That would go down in planet history.
