I'm serious about it and I'm doing just fine at PF. My only gripe is that they could do with more free weights/free weight stations and the no grunting/dropping weights rule really bogs down your super heavy lifting... But, for women, that stuff isn't usually an issue. It's pretty easy to ignore pizza and that's only one day out of the month anyway. |
I tried yoga yesterday. I'm seriously considering doing it more often. It's awesome.

Checking in on about 10 weeks on Keto. Down about 30lbs and my major lifts haven't dropped 1 lb yet. I'm really going to kick it in the ass these next 5 weeks so I can be in the best looking shape of my life for birthday 35. (face removed to prevent being "Billayed" in the future :D)
