There's no reason why the Royals can't scratch a run out against Harris, Qualls, Neshak and Fields. Even Sipp and Perez can be had from the left side and the Royals have hit Gregerson before.

And if their bullpen runs into the buzzsaw that is the Rios-Escobar connection, well... that's one reason they can't scratch out a run.
