This is apparently a preview of next weeks episode and it's labeled as a "New Zealand Promo". There is a lot more detail to this one than the one I saw last night. Not sure if it should be spoiler tagged or not, so I went with it should.

To me Daryl claiming the strawberry plant was more about him accepting the rules of the new group, and nothing to do with Rick.

I think the wrapper and the main guy telling the story about the house was a possible clue to Daryl, but more a clue to the audience that Daryl's group was close to Rick, Carl, and Michone.
