How did Darryl's group know what rick looked like? I don't remember them seeing him unless the guy that was strangled did not die..

What counts as a core character? Opening credits?

Im pretty sure the guy seen Rick when he was under the bed then got knocked out.

He was passed out, still breathing in the scene. Did not die.

She is too important to the story.

They just reunited the couple. Now would be the time to kill one of them off.

But she's hot

She is a much longer lasting character in the comics.
Of course in the comics at about this point Tyreese is dead and Andrea and Sophia are still alive. So…..:shrug:

so....having the "people are gonna die next week" thoughts in my head from this thread, I tune into The Following last night. up pops Beth. so I'm thinking....hmmm....welp I guess she gonna die on TWD and be on this show now! makes sense. 5 minutes later.....WHOOOO you know she dead! ROFL
